When sleep does not come easy at night, when you find yourself replaying the events of the past day over and over and you turn your focus to the day and week ahead, beginning to get anxious about what may or may not happen. It is essential to have laser like precision, and focus intentionally without interruption at the endless negative possibilities. You must occupy the mind wholly with thoughts of worry, negativity and fear of what the future holds.
At no point should you calm your mind and change focus bringing thoughts of positive possibilities.
