See the positives.

It can be difficult during this craziness to fix your attention on anything positive or retain a happy upbeat mood. However, the less time we spend watching repetitive news reels brainwashing us into despair the better we feel. Try brainwashing yourself with some great self talk and thoughts about what good there may be in your life, even the tiniest things can help you expand your thinking into longer term positive thoughts.
